Cafe Bauer in Zell (Mosel)

Super delicious cake and a really good white coffee. The shop is lovingly furnished with a lot of humor. Great family atmosphere and friendly service.

Very delicious homemade cakes and pies. Very charming service and a very funny café. It's worth it.

Didn't feel welcome as a paying customer. Unfriendly would be an exaggeration but friendly is different.

Very tasty baked goods that are still made by hand. Friendly and attentive staff. Café Bauer is worth a visit every time I am in the region. Keep it up!!

The wine and marzipan cake was delicious. In general, all the cakes looked delicious and the decision was difficult.

Cozy little café in the heart of Zell. The service, the cake and the coffee were delicious. We'd love to come back.

There are four stars for the cheesecake and the friendly ladies. There are deductions for the long waiting time for a milk coffee (almost 30 minutes)

We visited a cafe today and we are very disappointed with the service, a slim waitress with long hair walked like a "holy cow", we waited a long time for our order, the problem for her was that we want to sit at a different, less sunny table, we also had to wait a long time for the bill, we do not recommend it to people who want to eat something quickly

We were with you on Saturday, 8/8/20 in the afternoon at around 3:15 p.m. Unfortunately, the coffee was a bit too strong / bitter for us and didn't get much better with the addition of milk. The cake was not to our taste either, but the tastes are known to be very different. The service was friendly and attentive, therefore 3 stars.

We were asked to stay at home - as a Dane you have nothing to do in Germany during the corona ...

Just before closing a delicious meal. The service was super friendly and very welcoming. The food was delicious, we had flammkuchen and it tasted great! Highly recommended.

The food was okay. However, 4 toasts took about 50 minutes; although it wasn't overly busy. The taste of the toasts was okay. In 1.5 hours we only saw the operation twice - i.e. With additional drinks there was no result. The toilets were unfortunately not clean either. Payment by card not possible.

I always like to go there. Nice staff, wide selection and very good service.

We stayed here for a latte maccatiato and a white wine. We sat outside when the weather was fine. Unfortunately a strong gust of wind had the menu with my full one! Wine glass swept from the table. After the calculation we noticed that we were charged for the wine. We were told that, "Of course you pay that, I have to pay for the glass". We will not return here!

Homemade cake in a large selection ... super delicious. The coffee also tasted great. The service was friendly and polite; however, it was absolutely slow and forgetful, which actually made you wait too long.

Always my pleasure! Was there with my husband today and we had a super delicious soup, there were fresh delicious rolls and for dessert the wonderful cake, of which I could eat 10 more because it is so delicious! ? Everything was great, you feel very comfortable and the service is also very nice!

We happened to be stranded here on a rainy Sunday looking for a little warmth and immediately felt comfortable. This is mainly due to the cozy furnishings and the countless funny sayings that hang / stand all over the shop. If you order, you also get a reasonable portion (cake, waffles or coffee). The waffle batter was freshly made for us ?. In terms of price, everything was justifiable and on top of that there was free WiFi.

Nice little cafe for coffee and a Euro style breakfast, which was expected since we're, ya know, in Europe. Will be back for the desserts I discovered inside after we had already paid.

A lovely small Cafe / family bakery with comfortable seating. I sampled the home made Wine Marzipan torte with forest fruits. It didn't disappoint my taste buds.

A cozy café in a prime location with a beautiful terrace, a very good selection of cakes, nice service and great bread. The onion cake and the Federweißer were a pleasure, we will be back!

This family run bakery and cafe is the reason I stop in Zell. The bakery products are delicious and made on premises. They also serve light meals, coffee and dessert inside or out. Located on a walking street in the middle of Zell. I enjoy the outside tables to relax and watch the sights.
